Modern Slavery Policy

IDL Resources is committed to ensuring that all aspects of our business and supply chain are free from modern slavery and human trafficking. Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, such as slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labor, and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person's liberty by another to exploit them for personal or commercial gain. This policy sets out IDL Resources' approach to preventing modern slavery in our operations and supply chain, specifically focusing on our use of the internet and digital platforms in our construction recruitment processes.
