This policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners of IDL Resources. It encompasses our recruitment practices, workplace environment, decision-making processes, and interactions with clients and the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

- Leadership: Champion DEI across the organization, providing resources and support for initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.

- Managers and Supervisors: Ensure that their teams understand and implement DEI principles within their daily operations and decision-making processes.

- Human Resources: Develop, implement, and monitor programs and policies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.

- Employees: Contribute to creating an inclusive environment, respecting diverse perspectives, and supporting their colleagues.

Reporting and Resolution

We encourage any employee who experiences or witnesses behavior that contradicts our DEI policy to report it to their manager, Human Resources, or through our anonymous reporting system. All reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially, with appropriate action taken to address and resolve any issues.

Review and Adaptation

This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant and effective in promoting DEI within IDL Resources. We are committed to continuous improvement and welcome feedback from our employees and stakeholders on how we can better achieve our DEI objectives.

Approval

This policy has been approved by the Board of Directors of IDL Resources and is effective from 1 June 2021. We are committed to embedding DEI into every aspect of our business and our interactions within and beyond our organization.
